- Refund policy for courses: We offer a 3 day cooling off period for courses, unless you have commenced the course. Each course has its own terms available at purchase, and many have a 30 day money back guarantee. Please email excel@excelink.com.au within 3 business days of enrolling into the course if a refund is required. The money paid will be held in credit after the 3 day cooling off period is over. Your credits may not be claimed as a cash refund.
- Refund policy for products: We offer a 30 day replacement period for faulty products. Please email excel@excelink.com.au within 30 days of receiving the product.
- Security policy: When purchasing from Excelink Results your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology.128-bit SSL encryption is the industry standard.
