Richard O'Neill - Managing Director

This project is lead by Richard Thomas O'Neill (Bachelor of Engineering, Diploma in Business, FAIM - Fellow Australian Institute of Management).

Richard's extensive  international experience have enabled him to see a bigger picture, given him a grounding in Natural principles, and an understanding of values and enrichment of culture, through experiencing indigenous, Latin, African and Eastern & Western cultures. Experience includes -

* Business Consultant for manufacturers, exporters & tourism operators
* Export & import consultant and facilitator for some of Australia's major companies
* World Competitive Manufacturing (WCM), Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP II)
* Consultant and project co-ordinator for NSW & WA Aboriginal communities
* Holistic healing training with Aboriginal, telepathy, kinesiology, & bio-energetics
* Aboriginal studies at Bush University with Ngarinyin in the Kimberley & other communities.
* Facilitator & program leader for international & local study groups to Kakadu, Daintree etc.
* Leader and facilitator for Natural Business and nature awareness training for business

Frances Amaroux - trainer and educator

Frances is an experienced and entertaining trainer and educator. She has a BA majoring in Psychology, and extensive training in Advanced Training and Presentation Skills, Conflict Resolution, Accelerated and Generative Learning, and is a certified practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming.

As a private consultant, she has designed and facilitated trainings for organisations such as IBM, Strategic Management Works, Global Vision Technologies, Macquarie and NSW Universities, the Enterprise and Training Company,  Dept. of Community Services, Commonwealth Employment Service, Department of Employment Education and Training, Department of Correctional Services, and numerous Adult Education groups.  

Frances has been a speaker at a number of conferences on Conflict Resolution, Adult Education, and Resourcing Employment. Professional affiliations include the Australian Institute of Training and Development, the Australian Business Women’s Network, the Futures Foundation and the St James Ethics Centre.

Karen Roorke – Corporate Public Relations, (Finance), Wholistic Health

Karen has been working in the natural therapies field since mid-1998. 

Prior to this she spent more than 10 years working in the public relations industry. She has extensive experience in public relations counselling, specifically in corporate, finance, government, media, employee and community matters

 Until March 1998, Karen was working as Head of Public Affairs (Australia) for the HSBC Group, one of the largest banking and financial services organisations in the world.  Before this Karen spent nearly five years working with leading international consultancy, Gavin Anderson & Company, in Hong Kong. Prior to that Karen spent two years with Hong Kong-based public relations firm, Medcalf & Company.  At the same time, Karen developed with my father a media messaging services company.  Previously, Karen worked in-house for two affiliated financial companies.  Educated in the UK, Karen undertook a Communications Studies course at East Surrey College and hold a Certificate in Media Techniques. Karen was a member of and NSW councillor for the Public Relations Institute of Australia (PRIA).  Karen was named a Woman of the Year 2000 by the International Biographical Institute of America (publisher of Int’l Who’s Who series.)

 As Manager Public Affairs, Karen was responsible for developing, implementing and managing strategic communication programs that improved the profile of the Group among its publics and supported the business objectives of its member companies in Australia.  This included managing significant (multi-million dollar) budgets for media relations, advertising, sponsorships, special events and employee communication programs.
